Alexandra Theriault

Alexandra Theriault is the General Manager for Spherical, a suite of CDP accelerator solutions, at Lotame. Alex oversees the Spherical team working alongside brands, helping them maximize the value of their first-party data to enable persona development, enrichment, analysis and advertising activation. In her prior role as Chief Customer Officer, she led the organization’s customer focus, programs and strategy across six continents. Alex brings 16 years of experience designing, developing and delivering world-class customer success for global brands, agencies, platforms and publishers across the martech industry. She serves as an advisory board member on Lotame’s Diversity & Inclusion council, and served as an advisory board member for a martech start-up in the affiliate space. Prior to joining Lotame, Alex was with IndustryBrains, a leader in monetizing B2B & Financial publisher content through contextual advertising, a subsidiary of Marchex.
John Spencer
Director, Digital Strategy @Zion & Zion
John is an expert in digital media planning with a focus on holistic paid media strategies across multiple digital marketing channels, including social, programmatic, and paid search channels. As a leader of the digital strategy team at Zion & Zion, John focuses on leveraging first party data through Customer Data Platforms to drive better paid media results and improved CX. John has over 7 years of experience in digital media and audience management, he’s also been heavily involved in Customer Data Platform strategy for clients across many verticals for over 2 years. John earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at Northern Arizona University. John has worked with clients across several industries including professional sports, e-commerce, home services, SaaS, and more. Some notable clients include the Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles Clippers, Reputation.com, Smile Direct Club, American Council on Exercise, and NASCAR.
Andy Monfried
CEO & Co-founder @Lotame
Since founding Lotame in 2006, Andy has been focused on building the world’s leading data management technology. Andy led Lotame's successful ad network for several years, targeting thousands of campaigns valued at millions of dollars, all delivered and executed through the Lotame platform. In 2011 he shuttered the ad network to focus the company on its original vision: a full featured, SaaS based DMP. Under Monfried’s leadership, Lotame has grown into 100+ person company with offices in the U.S., E.U. and APAC. Prior to founding Lotame, Andy was an executive with Advertising.com from 1999-2005.
Eliza Nevers
Chief Product Officer @Lotame
Eliza Nevers drives Lotame’s global strategy and product roadmap to serve the evolving data enrichment needs of marketers, agencies, and publishers. Fluent in the full product life cycle, from strategy to development and build, she brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in tech to her role as Chief Product Officer at Lotame. Prior to her tenure, Eliza served as VP Product for Verizon Media. During her 12+ years there, she steered the development and launch of AOL’s first DSP, SSP and DMP, driving the evaluation and product integration of multiple strategic acquisitions as well as developing and launching AOL's unified Advertising platform, ONE by AOL for Advertisers. Most recently, Eliza launched her own consulting business where she defined product strategy and product development agile processes for various companies in and out of adtech. Eliza holds a B.S. in Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management both from Duke University.
Bob Walczak
CEO @MadTech Advisors
Walczak is CEO of MadTech Advisors, a product-led consultancy focused on programmatic, identity, data, privacy, and compliance in media and advertising. As an early pioneer in the adtech space, in 2005 he was founder and CEO of Ringleader Digital, a start-up that was among the first companies to develop a comprehensive mobile ad server with patented mobile ID technology. Prior to MadTech, Walczak held a variety of highly specialized leadership roles in the AdTech ecosystem. In 2017 he was tapped to become Executive Vice President of Global Product for Xaxis, the programmatic audience business which is part of WPP’s GroupM media buying business, after a year spent as Global CEO of Light Reaction, Xaxis’s own outcomes performance advertising business (2016-2017).
